Helping leaders, founders and organizations see the systems shaping their work, outcomes, and impact.
Neruj Studio is a systemic inquiry and facilitation practice. We help leaders, organizations, and learning groups examine the systems shaping how people participate, coordinate, learn, and act together in practice.
Our work creates conditions for participants to slow down, compare perspectives, and make the system more visible. As visibility develops, people are better able to understand what is shaping the situation, improve the quality of decisions, coordinate more effectively, and act with greater coherence.
Neruj means inner potential. We believe individuals, organizations, and learning groups often hold more capacity, wisdom, and possibility than their current patterns allow them to realize.
Through Systemic Inquiry, we help make those patterns visible while building on the positive core of what already exists. The work creates space to explore opportunities, bring possibilities to life, and strengthen more coherent forms of action, learning, and collective practice.
We treat organizations, learning environments, and communities as living systems of relationships rather than machines to optimize.
Different perspectives are a resource for inquiry, learning, and stronger collective understanding.
Outcomes are shaped through how individuals and groups interpret situations, relate across boundaries, exercise authority, and coordinate action in practice.
We believe meaningful change develops by building on what already works. Our work pays attention to strengths, capabilities, aspirations, relationships, and existing movement within the system—not only to problems.
We measure success not only by immediate outcomes, but by whether the work strengthens the capacity to keep learning, coordinating, and developing practice over time.
Neruj Studio is led by Kristian, its founder, together with Charlotte, Director of Engagement, and Ryan, Strategic Advisor.
Kristian founded Neruj and developed the Systemic Inquiry Lens that guides the practice. Charlotte leads engagement design and delivery, bringing experience in facilitation, dialogic practice and systemic engagement. Ryan advises on partnership development.
Together, they bring experience across systems thinking, facilitation, organization design and development, leadership, business strategy, venture building, education, and human development. Depending on the context and scope of the work, Neruj also collaborates with a small network of trusted partners whose capabilities complement the team.
Based at Norrsken House Barcelona, a hub for innovation and impact, Neruj Studio operates internationally as a boutique, collaborative practice: relational in approach and rigorous in inquiry.
If you’re ready to see your system more clearly, build on what is already working, and explore where inquiry could begin, we’d be glad to speak.
