Neruj Studio is a systemic inquiry practice. We work with leadership teams facing persistent execution and coordination challenges, especially when priorities are clear but alignment, ownership, decision flow, and follow-through remain weak.

What we do.

We help leadership teams examine how their organization functions in practice. Our work focuses on the real dynamics shaping performance: how situations are interpreted, how relationships influence collaboration, how authority is exercised, and how work is coordinated across the system.

Rather than offering surface fixes, we help organizations make these dynamics more visible, discussable, and workable in practice.

How we work.

Our work is built around inquiry, reflection, and structured conversation. We do not diagnose problems from the outside or prescribe solutions in the traditional sense.

Instead, we create conditions in which organizations can observe their own patterns, develop shared understanding, and identify practical changes that improve coordination, decision-making, and collaboration over time. The work builds on what already exists in the system—including capabilities, relationships, and successes—so that change can be both practical and sustainable.

Who we work with.

We are best suited to work with leadership teams facing persistent execution and coordination challenges. This includes organizations where strategic priorities exist, but progress is slowed by misalignment, unclear ownership, stalled decisions, recurring delays, weak handoffs, or coordination breakdowns across teams.

Our work is most relevant when the issue is systemic rather than purely technical, and when the organization is willing to examine its own patterns rather than look only for quick fixes.

the team

Who leads the work.

Neruj Studio is led by Kristian, its founder, together with Charlotte, Director of Engagement, and Ryan, Strategic Advisor. With early support from Naked Innovations, Neruj has grown into an independent practice working with leadership teams.

Kristian founded Neruj and developed the Systemic Inquiry Lens that guides our work. Charlotte leads engagement design and delivery, bringing deep experience in dialogic practice and systemic engagement. Ryan advises on strategic direction and partnership development, helping strengthen how the practice is positioned in complex organizational contexts.

Together, we bring experience across organization design, strategy, leadership, training, and facilitation. We work primarily in the impact sectors, supporting organizations operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Based in Barcelona and working internationally, Neruj Studio operates as a boutique, collaborative practice: relational in approach and rigorous in execution.
