Preparing for the future of work.

Helping students understand the human systems they will work within and develop their capacity to participate in shaping them.

Beyond technology and skills.

The future of work is often discussed through technology, skills, and changing forms of employment. But work is also fundamentally human: people make sense of situations together, build relationships, exercise authority, coordinate action, and continually shape the organizations they are part of.

Through Systemic Inquiry and experiential learning, students explore these dynamics for themselves.

Learning through inquiry.

Our undergraduate course invites students to explore organizations as living human systems and examine how work is changing in conditions of increasing complexity.

Rather than simply studying theories about the future of work, students learn through inquiry, conversation, observation, reflection, and engagement with real organizational questions.

The aim is not to predict the future, but to develop the capacity to understand and participate thoughtfully in shaping what comes next.
